Job Title:
Field Operator (Gas/DR Water Treatment Operation)
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Field Operator to support operations in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on the operational management and monitoring of water treatment and gas supply infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor water treatment plants, gas supply systems, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
- Monitor and record equipment readings, utility consumption, water quality, and chemical dosing.
- Perform routine inspections, equipment changeovers, pipeline leak checks, and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Identify and report equipment faults and process abnormalities.
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure compliance with work permits and safety procedures.
Required:
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in water treatment, DR plants, gas stations, or utility systems.
Qualifications:
Technical Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Skills Required:- Knowledge of natural gas, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, compressed air, and cooling water systems.
- Understanding of water chemistry, industrial equipment, and P&.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong teamwork.
- Safety awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure.
