Manufacturing Engineer Wanted

Required conditions:

• To have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, or chemical engineering.
• You have previous experience in a repair engineering or manufacturing role.
• He must have prior experience with gas turbines.
• The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

As a manufacturing engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and issuing repair work orders in the Oracle Check and Repair system.
• Preparing the scope of work, estimating costs, and preparing inspection and completion reports for each work order.
• Provide the disposition to the NCR (non-conformity report) and coordinate with Headquarters/relevant engineering resources for the new repair process.
• Lead the process of qualifying and repairing new components and work closely with the operations team to improve the repair process.
• Regularly update store routes and related forms, upload reports to the Oracle system, and update job status.
• Providing technical guidance to operational teams
• Participating in the review of technical contracts and providing the necessary data/inputs to the Com-ops team to bid for contracts.
• Leading continuous process improvement through initiatives. Supporting process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
