- Risk Management Leadership: Take full ownership of the project risk-management process throughout the project lifecycle, including identification, assessment, early-warning analysis, and end-to-end tracking of all project-related risks for Middle-East projects.
- Framework Development: Develop, compile and revise the Project Risk Management Plan, Risk Register and Lessons Learned Register, ensuring full alignment with client risk-management frameworks and the regional context of Middle-East projects.
- Workflow Definition: Define and govern workflows for the Risk and Lessons Learned modules embedded within the project Interface Management System.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Lead and facilitate regular risk and lessons‑learned workshops with overseas client, subcontractors and Quality Engineering (QE) team via virtual meetings; cover monthly review sessions and weekly cross‑time‑zone coordination calls.
- Register Maintenance: Dynamically maintain project Risk Register and Lessons Learned Register. Clearly define risk owners, mitigation actions and deadlines, and track action items until full closure.
- Knowledge Management: Systematically collect, organize and conduct post-project reviews for lessons‑learned outputs and case studies from project execution to enable continuous process improvement.
- Interface Management: Oversee, coordinate, document and drive the response, implementation and closure of client comments generated from model reviews, constructability reviews, as well as weekly and monthly progress meetings for overseas projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10-year professional experience in comparable roles, with proven track record of risk and interface management for large-scale EPCI projects, preferably offshore projects supporting Middle-East assignments.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of full-cycle EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) project-management workflows.
- Technical Expertise: Sound professional background in offshore engineering interface management, capable of acting as subject-matter lead for relevant work streams.
- Language
Skills:
Fluent business English (written & verbal), capable of using English as primary working language for cross‑time‑zone communication within multi-cultural stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills for cross-time-zone remote collaboration.
- Strong team‑leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Demonstrated capability to drive execution and deliver outcomes within complex multi-party international project environments.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
