Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience*- 12 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of management level experience in Construction related disciplines, engineering, or project management with overall responsibility for an EPC execution.
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
- Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
- Extensive knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects,
- Proven track record of Project delivery in the industry and managing EPC contractors and sub-contractors.
- Excellent track record in construction safety results.
- Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology and systems completion management and associated databases.
- Requires to be inventive on construction execution and methods, bring experience from other large and complex projects, in particular LNG Plants.
- Experience with major and first tier EPC Contractors, Sub-contractors and Vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.
- Requires the ability to influence on the technical decisions to achieve a flawless construction execution and transition to commissioning.
- Experience with multi-cultural type Projects.
- Experience in demolition projects and brownfield scopes is preferred
