• Minimum 07 years of experience in FM associated environment.

• Successful achievement of KPI's.

• Give technical assistance services to the Facilities Monitoring procedures by maintaining records as well as all related records.
• Make sure that the whole FM team is fully proficient with agreed operating procedures for all works.
• Coordinate job requests from Consumer, professionals, PPM timetables.
• Make sure all tasks are finished to relevant requirements.
• Ensure methods of functioning method for every task is complied with by FM team and comprehend their duties.
