Aftersales Service Engineer

• Install, commission, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage switch gear systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and maximum uptime.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests, breakdowns, and emergency callouts.
• Prepare technical service reports, inspection records, and maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure all service activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and technical support departments to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct equipment condition assessments and recommend repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and spare parts.
• Deliver operational guidance and maintenance training to customer maintenance teams.
• Prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, training materials, and project handover documentation.
• Support factory inspections and audits by providing the required technical documentation.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of LV Switchgear systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and respond to emergency service requirements.
