Write user-friendly and concise operating procedures, standing instructions and new projects documentation in accordance with the established competency assurance standard to support the effective daily operation of assets and the start-up of all new projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Operations procedures in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ISO requirements.
- Review procedures, standing instructions, and criticality classifications.
- Prepare technical and safety documentation incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned.
- Develop procedure assessment packages aligned with competency standards.
- Ensure documentation reflects as-built conditions and technical changes.
- Identify operational improvements, risks, and procedural requirements.
- Coordinate document reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure P&IDs and simplified drawings reflect approved changes.
- HND in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years' LNG process operations experience
- 3 years as a technical author in the hydrocarbon or petrochemical industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, desktop publishing, planning, spreadsheets, flowcharts, graphics, and technical drawing.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and technical writing skills.
