Junior Civil Engineer – Oil & Gas

We are looking for Junior Civil Engineers for oil and gas projects in Qatar, supporting site supervision, quality and progress monitoring, drawing review, and day-to-day coordination of civil construction activities.

Assist in supervising and coordinating civil construction activities at the project site.

Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with civil supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and other project teams.

Check the quality and progress of civil works and report any issues to senior engineers.

Review drawings and technical documents and support the implementation of civil works.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain relevant site documentation.

Ensure all activities are carried out in line with oil and gas safety standards and site procedures.

Support inspections, measurements, material checks, and other site engineering activities.

Carry out other civil engineering duties assigned by the senior or project engineer.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of relevant civil engineering experience in GCC countries.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Qatar is mandatory.

Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is required.

Good knowledge of civil construction, site activities, and engineering practices.

Ability to read and understand civil drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Good knowledge of site supervision, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
