Construction Supervisor; Electrical

Coordinate offshore brownfield, shutdown, hook-up, and commissioning activities for the Electrical discipline, ensuring COMPANY compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives in collaboration with OESS, Operations, and Contractors.

• Ensure offshore safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate brownfield, hook-up, and commissioning activities to meet project objectives.
• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
• Review constructability, technical deliverables, and contractor progress.
• Coordinate PTW activities with Operations and contractors.
• Report non-compliances and close assigned safety actions.
• Promote offshore safety culture and participate in lessons learned.

• Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 8 years’ experience in large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects, including installation, fabrication, execution, completion, and hook-up.

• Oil & Gas operator, contractor, or offshore construction experience. Knowledge of engineering standards, safety requirements, offshore execution, hook-up, and commissioning. Understanding of offshore facilities and sour gas/LNG project risks. Experience in large-scale Operations, Projects, or Subsurface organizations.
