Job Purpose:
Role of Company Site Representative and Lead for offshore brownfields, shutdown and hook-up activities by representing the Company, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives. Coordinate with OESS, Operations, and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfields and Hook-up Execution & Commissioning and deliver operational excellence during the offshore execution phase.
- High National Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with large projects in construction-related disciplines, including:
Construction Installation Fabrication Execution Completion Hook-up Brownfield (BF) Shutdown activities Experience with in the Oil & Gas industry. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a Company Site Representative Offshore Lead role (including acting roles).
- Experience overseeing service/vendor personnel.
- Technical & Business
Skills:
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors Service companies, Heavy offshore execution construction companies. - Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to:
Major fabrication Transportation Installation Brownfield execution & Commissioning Hook-up activities. - Knowledge of offshore facilities, structures, and operations applicable to the project scope.
- Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
- Experience working in large-scale operating organizations within:
Operations Projects Subsurface Related functions.
