To oversee Civil/Structural engineering activities and FEED/EPC contractors, ensuring design compliance with project specifications, technical requirements, approved scope, budget, and schedule throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Civil/Structural engineering activities and FEED/EPC contractor deliverables.
- Ensure civil/structural design complies with project specifications, standards, codes, and technical requirements.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables, including drawings, calculations, data sheets, and procedures.
- Monitor engineering progress against approved scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project teams, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure design integrity, quality, safety, and compliance throughout project execution.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to engineering teams and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or oversight of contractor, subcontractor, service, or vendor personnel.
- Strong knowledge of civil/structural engineering design, standards, codes, and specifications.
- Experience with FEED/EPC project execution and engineering deliverables.
- Ability to review technical drawings, calculations, data sheets, and engineering procedures.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Effective coordination, communication, and contractor management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
