Our Spa Specialists play an important role in support of a number of vital Spa functions. At our hotels these associates work to build an experience that is memorable and unique with Spa services on the side. Our Spa Specialists take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their experience. Whether promoting Spa services or retail, scheduling reservations and confirming appointments, providing answers about services, checking in guests, or processing payments, the Spa Specialist makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

• Promote Spa services or retail products and assist guests with reservations, appointment confirmations, and service questions.
• Check guests in and process payments, ensuring a smooth and engaging guest experience.
• Operate reservation software, read and visually verify information.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety, quality, and policy standards.
• Move and handle items as required (up to 25 pounds with assistance; up to 10 pounds without assistance) and navigate the work environment safely.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to support guest experience and business needs.

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
