About the job Finance Manager - Perm
- Lead financial strategy formulation aligned with the institutions business goals.
- Advise the CEO/DCEO on financial performance, liquidity management, financial planning, capital structuring, and investment decisions.
- Oversee long-term budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory returns in compliance with QCB regulations and applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Liaise with QCB examiners and external/internal auditors during inspections and reviews.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is a plus. Must:
Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA. Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles within regulated financial institutions. At least 5 years in a senior finance or managerial capacity.
