The opportunity

Our GCR tax service line operates as a team of highly experienced tax professionals who focus on delivering efficient and effective resources to companies in the region.

As part of a MENA team, you will be providing high quality services to internal and external stakeholders with their payroll needs and tax compliance needs. You will oversee the delivery of payroll and tax services, ensuring effective coordination and issue resolution. As a senior client‑facing professional, you will manage client relationships, address inquiries, and handle various client assignments and queries.

You will work hand in hand with our tax and accounting professionals to help deliver our clients’ compliance needs. You will also establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships with clients to help ensure that the services delivered are of the highest standards and are done on time.

You will be responsible for reviewing income tax compliance, managing withholding taxes, reviewing value‑added tax returns, overseeing bookkeeping, and ensuring accurate employee income tax calculations and social security contributions. Additionally, you will conduct tax accounting and perform health checks on tax systems to help our clients meet their compliance obligations and requirements.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have a strong knowledge base and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large professional services firm or a comparable environment.

• Experience of dealing with multinational clients and ability to work in multi‑cultural environment.
• Great analytical, management and leadership skills.
• Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
