We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the IT Services sector. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts that support the company's strategic initiatives.Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted targets, providing recommendations for corrective actions.Assist in the preparation of financial models to evaluate potential investments and business opportunities.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and financial information to external auditors.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on financial analysis techniques and tools.Preferred Candidate
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in the IT Services industry.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in data visualization tools.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when required.Desire to continuously learn and adapt to new financial technologies and methodologies.Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.Relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) would be an advantage.Skills
