We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our partners based in Doha, Qatar, a leading player in the hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a strong financial strategist to take ownership of the planning and performance function through the following role:

Position:
Group FP&A Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full financial planning and analysis function across multiple business verticals (hospitality, F&B, real estate).
  • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
  • Develop dynamic financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Analyze variances and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and M&A projects.
  • Support the CFO in executive-level reporting and board presentations.
  • Drive process improvement and implement best practices across the finance function.
  • Ensure adherence to financial standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FP&A within hospitality, real estate, or multi‑unit F&B.
  • Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with executive-level presence.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Prior experience in the GCC region is required.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
