Accounts Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives to support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date financial records.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor cash flow dynamics, assess financial risks, and enforce internal controls and company financial policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, with proven exposure to GCC financial regulations and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (, IFRS, GAAP), financial reporting frameworks, and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage complex financial processes and teams effectively.
