Investment Associate - Infrastructure

We're supporting an established Doha-based Global Institutional Investor that is seeking to expand its infrastructure team. They benefit from a strong deal flow and focus on Core+ investments across all Infrastructure sub-sectors with a mix of minority/control stakes and co-investments.

• Deal Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of infrastructure transactions, from initial screening and complex financial modelling to final documentation and closing.
• Deployment & Sourcing: Support the Head of Infrastructure in analyzing a high volume of inbound opportunities, ensuring rapid but rigorous evaluation of risk‑adjusted returns.
• Investment Structuring: Structure both minority and control positions, with a specific focus on achieving mid‑teen IRRs.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Maintain active oversight of portfolio companies, including board involvement and strategic monitoring to ensure asset performance aligns with the firm’s yield‑focused mandate.

• Experience: 4–7 years of experience, ideally with a mix of Buy‑side and Sell‑side experience. Infrastructure specialism is required.
• Technical Expertise: Proven independence in leading valuation work streams within Infrastructure in addition to a strong commercial understanding of various infrastructure sub‑segments.
• Language & Culture: An additional European language is a plus. Candidates should be motivated by a relocation to Doha.
• Agility: A "self‑starter" mindset. Proven ability to thrive within lean teams and liaising directly with senior internal and external stakeholders.
