Chief Accountant

Al Sraiya Hotels & Hospitality Group, established in 2015, manages a diverse portfolio of hotels locally in Qatar and internationally. The group owns five internationally renowned hotels in Qatar, including brands such as Millennium Hotels & Resorts and Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG), alongside a locally branded property. Internationally, the group operates high-profile hotels in Germany, Poland, the U.K., and the U.S. Al Sraiya Hotels & Hospitality Group is dedicated to achieving excellence in hospitality services while contributing to the Qatar National Vision 2030.

Additionally, the group includes Edarat, a hospitality services and staffing provider.

This is a full-time Chief Accountant role based on-site in Doha, Qatar. The Chief Accountant will oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Preparing and maintaining financial records
• Managing budgets
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Coordinating internal and external audits
• Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
• Supporting strategic financial planning
• Ensuring flawless execution of financial policies and processes

• Competency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Auditing
• Proficiency in Accounting Standards, Financial Compliance, and Regulatory Practices
• Strong Analytical, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Expert knowledge of Accounting Software, Financial Systems, and related tools
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus)
• Proven professional experience in accounting and financial management
• Knowledge of hospitality industry financial practices is highly preferred
