Responsibilities- Develop, monitor, and maintain the project's cost control systems, budgets, and forecasts.
- Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and financial summaries for management.
- Review and validate invoices, payment certificates, and cost-related documents.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, engineering, and project teams to ensure accuracy of cost data.
- Identify cost risks, recommend corrective actions, and support decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and financial standards.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost control reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, or project finance—preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in cost control software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Certification in cost control or project management is an advantage.
