Hydroemission is a fast growing SME working in Material Science, applied to Agritech.

We are looking for one candidate to join our Administration team focusing on Supply Chain.

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports efficiently
• Support month‑end and year‑end financial closing processes
• Reconcile bank and financial accounts regularly
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and basic budgeting activities
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filings
• Prepare financial reports and data analysis as needed
• Support process improvements to optimize financial workflows

• GPA > 3.4
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) is preferred
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and team player
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced startup setting
