As the Accountant for real estate and hotels and different companies, your role will encompass all of our business lines, both current and new, and will extend beyond the finance department to support various cross‑functional teams. You will be a key member of our centralized finance department, providing critical financial insights and ensuring that all financial operations are in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records for all financial transactions.

Help in the preparation of financial statements and reports for multiple entities, including real estate properties, hotels, and other companies.

Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring that invoices are processed and paid on time and that customer payments are received promptly.

Performing budget analysis and forecasting to help guide financial decision‑making.

Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.

Help in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of fraud.

Ensuring that all financial transactions are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and industry standards.

Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and human resources, to develop and execute strategic plans.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Help in the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring actual performance against budgeted amounts.

Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations, and ensuring that the organization is in compliance.
