• Management Reporting Cycles:
  Leads the reporting process for budget and forecast cycles by developing, consolidating, and presenting comprehensive budget reports and forecasts to management and shareholders, using a mix of SAP data and Power BI visualizations.
• Monthly Closure
  
  Activities:
  
  Drives the reporting aspects of monthly closures, including the creation of consolidated reports on accruals, allocations, and other monthly financial adjustments, ensuring alignment with relevant accounting standards.
• Reporting on Procurement Compliance:
  Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards to monitor company‑wide procurement compliance, tracking the validation of all Purchase Requisition s against budget, cost allocation, and overall expenditure forecasting.
• Contracts & Spend Analytics:
  Provides consolidated reporting and analytics on contracts and Purchase/Service Orders, leveraging SAP and Power BI to monitor terms, DOA compliance, and anticipate cost evolution across the organization.
• Financial Performance Reporting:
  Develops and maintains interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for key financial reporting lines, covering budget, forecast, commitments, and actuals. This enables management to make informed decisions based on accurate and timely data.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization (including Finance, Supply Chain, and business units) to gather requirements for reporting and ensure that all reporting outputs meet their analytical needs.

• Minimum 8 years of related experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas upstream industry.
• Degree level in Accounting, Finance, or a business‑related discipline.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP, including deep knowledge of data extraction, reporting structures (e.g., BW/4
  
  HANA), and data flow for cost‑related modules.
• Expert‑level technical skills in Power BI, including data modelling (DAX), report development, and dashboard design.
• Expert analytical skills in Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation for reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial processes (Cost Allocations, Accruals).
