Job DescriptionUBL Qatar is looking to hire RM/SRM responsible to primarily mobilize CASA deposit and to manage liability portfolio to boost business of the branch and achieve expected/given targets and level of growth in all key result areas while ensuring constant improvement in the liability portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to self‑source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals, and leverage the existing network to generate New to Bank leads.
- Develop and manage a team of Relationship Managers handling SMEs and High Net Worth premier clients to meet business objectives.
- Create an environment that maximizes performance in achieving overall objectives.
- Perform continuous portfolio analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities and gaps, crafting quick business strategies to achieve goals.
- Monitor and act on sales activity data and internal tools to coach the team.
- Inspect team deliverables regularly to meet expectations.
- Provide exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
- Apply operating model principles to identify customer needs and use specialist support where appropriate.
- Drive a high‑performance culture through robust objective setting, reviews, and performance actions.
- Comply with local regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6-8 years proven and progressive experience in financial services and/or retail sales.
- Evidence of strong sales results in corporate and branch banking retail.
- Relationship management experience with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills.
- Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial services products, services and the client relationship management system.
- Understanding of the business banking client segment and its products and services.
- Clear understanding of balanced risk operating environment working with Branch Banking, Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control.
- Ability to communicate well in Arabic and English.
