Business Unit OverviewThe Transaction Services team specialises in financial due diligence, supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. We deliver rigorous analysis and actionable insights to help clients make informed decisions and maximise deal value.
How You’ll ContributeAs a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing detailed financial analysis on historical and forecast performance, working capital, and cash flows
- Supporting the identification of key deal issues, risks, and value drivers
- Preparing sections of high‑quality reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with tax, legal, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Managing day‑to‑day engagement tasks and ensuring timely delivery of work streams
- Building strong client relationships and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions
- Contributing to business development activities through research and proposal support
- Coaching junior team members and sharing technical knowledge
- Driving quality and efficiency in engagement delivery
- Upholding PwC’s values and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture
- 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or related advisory roles
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic language skills are an advantage - High level of adaptability and resilience in fast‑paced environments
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time. This may require working away from your base office location on a regular basis, including frequent overnight stays; preferences will be considered where possible to balance career development and personal needs.
