We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, and hands‑on experience with key financial tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update financial records using Quick Books
• Assist in preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports
• Handle WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll processing and compliance
• Support in invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
• Maintain financial filing systems and documentation
• Coordinate with the external auditor and assist during audit processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, and other accounting software
• Solid understanding of P&L reports and financial statements
• Familiarity with WPS and local payroll regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
