Job Description

Prepare and issue sales invoices (manually or via ERP – SAP is mandatory).

• Ensure all documents and system requirements are in place for accurate revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Verify pricing, discounts, Incoterms, and export documentation.
• Monitor client balances, track collections, and support in reducing DSO.
• Maintain client ledgers and update changes when required.
• Support credit control, prepare aging reports, and elevate disputes when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and reporting standards.

4–6 years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in a similar role).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing (API 6A) is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English (verbal & written).
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• SAP experience is mandatory.
