Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Loan Agent to join our banking team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales or mortgage services, with solid knowledge of the local property market, financial products, and lending practices. This role requires exceptional communication, analytical abilities, and a customer‑centric approach to guide clients through the end‑to‑end mortgage and loan process.
Key Responsibilities- Promote, evaluate, and process mortgage and personal loan applications in accordance with bank policies and Qatar Central Bank regulations.
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products, interest rates, financing options, and repayment plans.
- Conduct detailed financial assessments, including income verification, credit evaluation, and risk analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and property agents to generate consistent business leads.
- Assist clients through all stages of the property financing process, including documentation, approvals, and closing formalities.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of loan applications and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, and Compliance to ensure timely loan processing.
- Stay updated with Qatar real estate trends, mortgage regulations, and banking compliance requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in mortgage sales, real estate sales, or loan processing (banking sector experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Qatar's real estate market, property financing, and mortgage regulations.
- Proven sales track record with ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic is a strong advantage. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial documents and creditworthiness.
- Customer‑focused mindset with professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
