We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Auditor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our organization’s financial operations and internal controls.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough audits of financial records, operational processes, and internal control systems
- Analyze complex financial data and identify discrepancies or areas of concern
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement risk assessment strategies
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed working papers for all audit activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing
- Participate in special projects and investigations as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g. CIA, CPA, CISA) is highly preferred
- Proven experience in internal auditing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in using audit management tools and data analytics software
- Outstanding report‐writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- In‑depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
