Overview
Our client is a successfully accomplished family holding group of companies. On their behalf we are looking to hire a chief accountant level officer for their offices based in Doha, Qatar. The incumbent will oversee the Disbursements Controller team and Credit Controller team, ensuring efficient management of disbursements and credit control processes. This role involves significant responsibility in managing the revenue & receivables cycle and the costs & payable cycle, with a particular focus on rental income, property expenses, and repair & maintenance refurbishment projects.
As chief accountant you will also assist in the preparation of financial reports and other relevant reports.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other relevant reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 7 years+ experience in finance and accounting, financial reporting and budgeting.
- Professional accounting qualification is a strong plus such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA or DipIFRS.
