Assistant Finance Manager – Qatar

Dayim Equipment Rental is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Qatar
. The ideal candidate will support financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance and control.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger functions.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audit requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC
  .
• 7–10 years of total finance and accounting experience.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA
  , or equivalent is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance and financial governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
