Assistant Finance Manager – Qatar
Dayim Equipment Rental is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Qatar
. The ideal candidate will support financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance and control.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger functions.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audit requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and decision support to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC
. - 7–10 years of total finance and accounting experience.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA
, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance and financial governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
