Position: FP&A Manager (Hospitality Background)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our partners based in Doha, Qatar
, a leading player in the hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a strong financial strategist to take ownership of the planning and performance function through the following role:

Position: FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function for assigned business units (hospitality, F&B, real estate).
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support operational decision-making.
  • Analyze variances and KPIs, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Support evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and assist in board presentations.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance team.
  • Ensure adherence to financial standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit F&B.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Prior experience in the GCC region is preferred.
  • Teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
