An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the Middle East's leading international banking groups for an experienced Vice President – Global Trade Services Product to join its Global Transaction Banking team.

This is a strategic product leadership role responsible for driving the development, commercialization and growth of the bank's Global Trade Services product portfolio across its international network. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Risk, Operations, Technology and Country Management, you will help shape the future direction of Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions while delivering innovative products that meet evolving client needs.

• Lead the strategy, development and lifecycle management of Global Trade Services products.
• Drive product innovation and develop client-centric Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions.
• Support the commercialization of Trade Services products across the bank's international network.
• Develop product pricing strategies, value propositions and profitability initiatives.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs and financial results while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Partner with Sales teams to support client acquisition, cross-selling and revenue generation.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Technology teams to ensure robust product governance.
• Lead digital product enhancements and support the evolution of Trade Services e-channels and partnerships.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and product opportunities.
• Support the structuring of complex trade transactions and provide product expertise across the organisation.
• Represent the bank at industry forums, conferences and client events while promoting the organisation's Global Trade Services capabilities.

We're keen to speak with professionals who possess:

• A minimum of 12 years' experience within Transaction Banking, Trade Finance or Global Trade Services Product Management.
• Strong experience developing and managing Trade Services products, including Documentary Trade, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance and Working Capital Solutions.
• Proven experience in product development, commercialization, pricing and portfolio management.
• A strong understanding of Trade Finance regulations, risk management and governance.
• Experience working with multinational corporate clients and Corporate & Institutional Banking teams.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects involving Product, Sales, Technology, Operations and Risk.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing product profitability and business growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree or professional banking qualification will be viewed favourably.
