We are currently seeking ambitious Qatari Nationals to join to join our three-year O’fuq Program (GCB
7) working alongside colleagues to define, manage and achieve business targets across our global network.

Running customer service operations and business processes from contact centers to payments processing, developing software and applications that underpin HSBC’s banking systems, managing IT systems, infrastructure and support, implementing major strategic change programs, procuring goods and services for the Group, Managing HSBC’s global corporate real estate portfolio.

Finance function Supports HSBC Qatar by providing strategic insights, financial planning, and strong financial oversight to enable strategic decision making across the business. It plays a key role in managing financial performance, budgeting , forecasting , and reporting. Using global tools and standards, the team ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting business growth and efficiency. Finance also partners with other functions to discover cost effective solutions and sustainable value of the bank.

Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide. Our employees help customers to manage their day-to-day finances and save for the future.
