Collection Operations & Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Collection Operations & Reporting Analyst to support dunning, collection operations, reporting, reconciliation, and credit-risk activities. The role involves analyzing collection performance, coordinating with internal and offshore teams, and providing accurate reports and insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in collections, credit operations, revenue management, or a related field.
• Telecom experience is preferred, particularly within credit and collections.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit and collections is preferred.
• Experience with Siebel, CRM, BSS, or similar systems.
• Good understanding of customer accounts, telecom products/services, and collection processes.
• Strong experience in reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
