- A minimum of 8 years of relevant auditing experience, preferably in the banking sector, and a large 4.
- Bachelor's degree/BA or equivalent combination of education/experience. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA are highly desirable.
- Practical knowledge of automated auditing software such as Team Mate.
- Mid-level experience in a related role with experience in managing business, function, and people, with proven abilities to take responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs to stakeholders according to strict timelines.
- Specific subject-matter expertise with respect to core operations (Group Finance, International Banking Group, Operational Risk, Global Governance, Management, Central Operations, Trade Finance, Back Office Operations, Remittances, CPU, Cards, Human Resources, Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer) and strong business understanding of financial services products.
- An individual should be a clear and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, in an energetic, engaging and friendly manner.
- The ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of internal and external auditing and management.
