Financial Analyst

Support the delivery of FI Cross-Sell Activation initiatives across Turkey and Egypt

by analyzing client portfolios, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and enabling

implementation of operating model, onboarding, product, and monitoring

enhancements.

The role will support the development of scalable capabilities that increase

penetration of Lending, GTB, Cash Management, and GM solutions within

existing and prospective FI clients.

• 1. Analyze FI portfolios to identify cross-sell opportunities and revenue potential.
• 2. Assess product utilization, client penetration, and wallet share gaps.
• 3. Support development of business cases and growth initiatives.

• 1. Gather and document business requirements across Coverage, GTB, GM,
• 2. Support design of target operating models and client engagement frameworks.
• 3. Assist in developing tailored FI product propositions and service models.

• 1. Map and analyze end-to-end onboarding, fulfillment, and monitoring
• 2. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
• 3. Support automation and process optimization initiatives.

• 1. Support initiatives related to FI lending appetite, product enhancement, and
• 2. Assist in defining requirements for new capabilities and product offerings.
• 3. Coordinate implementation of approved enhancements.

• 1. Act as liaison between business, operations, product, risk, and technology
• 2. Support governance reporting, KPI tracking, and management updates.
• 3. Monitor implementation progress and benefit realization.

• 1. 7–10 years of banking experience.
• 2. Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Global Markets, Lending, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.
• 3. Exposure to client onboarding, operating model, or cross-sell initiatives preferred.
• 4. Experience supporting multi-product banking environments is advantageous.

• 1. Strong understanding of FI banking products and client lifecycle processes.
• 2. Knowledge of Lending, Cash Management, GTB, and GM solutions.
• 3. Experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and data analysis.
• 4. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• 5. Ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and markets.
• 9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
• 10. Based in Qatar, Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
