Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making, ensure financial control and CTA compliance, manage financial risks and liquidity, and provide accurate financial insights to the CFO, Board, lenders, and shareholders.

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Analyse financial performance, budget variances, KPIs, and business risks. Develop financial models, cash flow projections, and management reports. Manage OPEX/CAPEX budget controls and ensure compliance with budget manuals and SAP procedures. Support treasury, loans, hedging, liquidity, and shareholder returns. Ensure CTA compliance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Prepare financial reports and presentations for the CFO, Board, lenders, and shareholders.
  
  Collaborate with departments to improve financial performance and support strategic decisions. Lead, mentor, and develop FP&A and accounting team members. Ensure compliance with applicable Qatar laws, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. Professional finance certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent). Minimum 8 years of FP&A experience in the energy sector, including Big Four audit exposure. Strong knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance, and business strategy.

• Senior accounting experience in a multinational organization, preferably a power plant. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial risk awareness. Hands-on experience in accounts payable, cash books, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Working knowledge of IFRS, international GAAP, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations. ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Sun Financials, or Net Suite. Advanced MS Office and Excel skills, including financial modelling and project finance.
