We are looking for an experienced ATM Cash Management & Reconciliation Specialist with 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking operations, cash management, or financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ATM cash forecasting and replenishment to ensure optimal cash availability.
- Perform daily ATM cash and transaction reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies, shortages, overages, and customer disputes.
- Coordinate with Cash-in-Transit (CIT) vendors for ATM cash replenishment.
- Reconcile ATM journal logs, network reports, and core banking ledger transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit controls, AML guidelines, and dual-control procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking operations, cash vault management, or financial reconciliation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Finacle, FIS, or Fiserv.
- Knowledge of ATM management systems such as NCR or Diebold Nixdorf.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
