We are seeking an experienced Relationship Officer to support corporate and SME banking activities, including client relationship coordination, account administration, trade finance processing, and loan documentation.
The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating banking transactions, and working closely with Operations, Credit, and Compliance teams to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to banking regulations and internal procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, or SME Banking.
- Prior banking experience in Qatar is mandatory.
- Experience in customer account opening, account maintenance, and banking transaction processing.
- Knowledge of trade finance products, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Letters of Guarantee (LGs), documentary collections, and shipping guarantees, is preferred.
- Familiarity with credit documentation, loan administration, and banking operational procedures.
- Experience using core banking systems or similar banking platforms.
- Good understanding of KYC, AML/CFT, and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic.
