Doha Bank is seeking a dedicated Liaison Officer to join our Recovery Department. This role is pivotal in supporting law enforcement processes, ensuring smooth coordination with police stations, courts, and government bodies to facilitate recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for recovery cases.
- Liaise with police stations, courts, and government authorities to track case progress.
- Ensure timely lodging, follow-up, and withdrawal of police cases against default customers.
- Collaborate with Recovery Officers and Legal Department to streamline processes.
- Facilitate legal seizure/transfer of vehicles and manage documentation with relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate daily records of filed and released cases.
Eligibility Criteria:
- University degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in financial services/banking.
- Qatari nationals preferred.
- Prior experience in Government/Immigration Relations in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of recovery processes, banking disputes, and legal remediation.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with QCB/Regulatory frameworks.
