Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon Assistant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-end Hair & Beauty Salon in Doha. The primary focus of this role is to deliver an exceptional client experience, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. You will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction, driving retention, and enhancing the overall image and performance of the salon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support front desk staff, hairstylists, and beauticians to ensure outstanding customer service and technical excellence.
  • Proactively work to enhance client satisfaction and minimize complaints through consistent service delivery and follow-ups.
  • Foster a welcoming, clean, and 5-star rated environment that exceeds client expectations.
  • Monitor and improve client retention through quality engagement, rebooking strategies, and service enhancements.
  • Enforce salon standard operating procedures, hygiene protocols, and grooming standards.
  • Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to promote skill development and team motivation.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues professionally, and escalate as needed.
  • Manage salon supplies, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and review reports using Microsoft Excel/Word to track performance metrics and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the beauty, hospitality, F&B, or other high-service industries.
  • Strong background in customer service and client relations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to delivering luxury-level client experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
