Purpose: The purpose of this role is to supervise the day to day Hair & Beauty Salon activities, manage staff and clients to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and run the frontdesk.

Ability to lead and manage the existing salon staff to follow company policies, operational procedures, and lead them to achieve sales goals and great customer satisfaction.
