As per your job roles you’ll be determined to drive sales and deliver the best in customer service, building a loyal customer base and reflecting the brand values. From time to time you will take ownership of the treatment room, ensuring the highest standard of client experience, leading to an increasing demand for our one of a kind beauty treatments across the customer base.

You will have access to training programmes, which will empower you to be industry leaders and deliver an elevated customer experience. We expect you to be experienced in skincare and beauty, to be proactive and target driven, with a true passion for the exceptional.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Demonstrable retail beauty experience
• Strong experience in beauty therapy with a qualification of NVQ Level 2 or 3 equivalent qualified therapist
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Impeccable, polished presentation is key
• Excellent treatment capabilities
• Have the ability to operate in a diverse and luxury environment with a focus on client experience
• Excellent level of English
• Be friendly, approachable and professional
