• Deliver luxury spa treatments, nail services, and grooming services to international guests
• Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products
• Maintain professional presentation and represent the Dior Spa brand with excellence
• Build long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
• Perform beard trimming, shaving, hairstyling, manicures, pedicures, and skincare treatments to premium standards
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in treatment rooms and grooming areas
• Ensure adequate stock of products, linen, and operational supplies
• Follow spa operating procedures and service protocols strictly
• Update guest profiles and customize treatments based on individual preferences and contraindications
• Support retail sales and aftercare product recommendations

• High School qualification with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year of experience
• Recognized diploma in massage therapy, barbering, or beauty therapy
• Nail technician certification with manicure and pedicure qualifications
• Experience in luxury spa, grooming, or premium beauty brands preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural airport retail environment
