Job Description
- To create the first positive impression to guests by greeting them warmly and by name.
- To contribute to a high level of services in accordance with company standards as prescribed in the Standard Operations Manual.
- To perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in the Standard Training Manual.
- To ensure that all equipment associated with service functions at all times.
- To answer all questions related to services and identify the benefits or advantages of treatments required to guests.
- To assist with demonstrations and events as required.
- To participate in new training and refreshing programs as required.
- To update the Therapist Log Book.
- To complete all assignments stated by deadlines using the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines.
- To respond to changes as indicated by the company.
- Certificate in massage.
- Previous spa experience.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic.
- Well groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
