Spa Therapist

Four Seasons Resorts and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is recruiting a Spa Therapist to join the pre‑opening team. The role involves providing exceptional body and facial treatments, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons standards, and supporting the overall guest spa experience.

• Greet guests with a warm smile and escort them to the changing and treatment rooms.
• Ensure all treatment and shower rooms are set up, fully stocked, and comply with company standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Perform all facial and body treatments in accordance with established protocols and be knowledgeable about all spa products and services offered.
• Be familiar with all hotel services and facilities.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Report any complaints to the management team.
• Upsell spa products considering guests’ needs and department sales targets.
• Maximize department revenue by achieving sales targets set by the management team.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork attitude, an outgoing personality, and a can‑do approach to any request.

• Prior experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
