Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences through a variety of treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and more. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that each guest receives personalized care and enjoys a blissful escape from the everyday.
- Performing a range of spa treatments with skill and precision
- Consulting with guests to customize treatments based on their preferences and needs
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas
- Upholding the luxury standards and reputation of the spa through professional and courteous interactions with guests
- Certification or Diploma in Spa Therapy or a related field
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests
