Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized spa experiences in line with the luxury service standards of Raffles & Fairmont Doha
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages facials body scrubs wraps and wellness therapies according to established protocols
- Conduct professional guest consultations to identify individual needs preferences and contraindications
- Ensure guest comfort privacy and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience
- Maintain treatment rooms equipment and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation
- Prepare treatment rooms with the required supplies amenities and linens prior to each appointment
- Promote spa treatments wellness programs and retail products through personalized recommendations and upselling techniques
- Maintain strong knowledge of spa products services and current wellness trends
- Adhere to all health safety sanitation and spa operating procedures at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and report maintenance or operational concerns promptly
- Build and maintain positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and guest loyalty
- Work collaboratively with the spa team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in training programs and continuous development initiatives to maintain professional standards and brand knowledge
- Demonstrate professionalism discretion and a positive attitude in all guest and colleague interactions
- Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
- Knowledge of various massage and beauty techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
