Spa Therapist

Experience: 2–3+ years in a luxury hotel/resort or premium spa

To provide professional spa and wellness treatments to guests while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, guest satisfaction, and professionalism expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Perform a range of professional spa treatments, massages, and wellness therapies according to established standards.
• Conduct guest consultations to understand individual needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Deliver personalized and high-quality service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment room and spa area.
• Ensure all treatment equipment and products are properly maintained and used safely.
• Explain treatments, products, and aftercare recommendations to guests.

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist/Massage Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa.
• Thai massage experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of various massage and spa treatment techniques.
• Professional certification in massage therapy/spa treatments is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Thai nationality preferred.
• English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
